Message When I tested w/ my friend, we originally had the compressor set to 5psi. After connecting to the Boost leak tester, found that the guage was reading ZERO psi. This is because the intake/exhaust valves are always open at any point so the air will always slowly make its way out the exhaust. We turned up the regulator on the air compressor slowly to maybe 10 psi all the while my friend was watching the leak tester... At this point, we got the leak tester to read about 4-5 psi. I could at this point hear a very tiny leak out of the turbo hose on the passenger side but know that I'm hitting correct boost and all my clamps are tight.

btw, as mentioned below, you do need constant air, not a bike pump.
